This is what happens when your energy system is in balance.
However, these days, so many people feel unfocused in their lives, unsatisfied with their work, and unfulfilled in their relationships and their achievements.
People worry about jobs, security, health, the economy, the changing climate, the general sense of unease about saftey since terrorism.
The stress of all this seems to be a modern disease.

What can you do about all this?
When I hear people say ‘there has to be more than this’, I can definitely affirm….THERE IS!
Start by understaning that the only thing you can control when it comes to all those worries is yourself and your attitude.
Then make a promise to yourself to explore all the different ways you can create balance in your life and be kind to yourself and then make that a priority.
You cannot give to others if your cup is half empty and you cannot be there for others without first being there for yourself.
For when your life comes into balance, you can then become a contributor to everyone else and that leads to happiness, health and longevity.
